Hi Everyone!
Today a representative of Mekorot, Israel's National Water Company, came to my home in Ma'ale Adumim and installed two water savers. One was installed in the faucet of my kitchen and one in the bathroom shower handle. The devices and installation were free and it took the Mekorot visitor less than 5 minutes to install them.
I was told that the water savings would be 40%-50%.
There is a national plan that all homes in Israel get the water savers. Kol Hakavod to the people involved in this water saving project.
After 26 years in Israel (made aliyah August 30, 1984) today's unannounced visit by Mekorot was a reminder of the everyday nice surprises you get to experience in Israel.
I posted photos and details of the installation at:

Have a good day,
Jacob
