Hi Everyone!
The end of August is my 30th anniversary in Israel.
For the past 30 years, I find it amazing how the country switches
within 24 hours from one of the saddest days of the year,
Yom Ha'zikaron, to one of the happiest days of the year,
Yom Ha'aztmaut.
This week the whole country mourned its three sons and we are
worried about our brothers and sisters who are in bomb shelters
in Sderot. A very hard week.
Today, a large group in Jerusalem made the "switch" to enjoy
the Salute to Olim Festival.
Kol Hakavod to the organizers. It was very nice!
