Welcome to the New Olim, Aliyah Anniversary, Birthday, Train Ride

Hi Everyone!

This morning at 4am, I took a taxi to the airport.
It was expensive, but I had no other way to get
there and the event was worth the trip.
6 hours later, I took the train back to Jerusalem and
then a bus to Ma'ale Adumim.

BTW: This was my first ride on the Jerusalem / Tel-Aviv
electric train. It was very cool!!

Back to the airport.....
Today, 225 Olim from North America arrived at
Ben Gurion Airport aboard Nefesh B'Nefesh's
65th Charter Aliyah flight!
I was allowed to join the press and take photos right
outside the plane. It was fun, exciting and I think
the results came out pretty good. Check the photos at:

Next week is my Aliyah Anniversary.
I made aliyah 41 years ago - August 30, 1984

11 years ago, on my 30th annivserary,
I created a short Aliyah Anniversary video.

The video continues to reflect how I feel about living in Israel.
It was the best decision of my life. I highly recommend it!

May the aliyah from all over the world grow and
bring more Jews back to their homeland, Eretz Yisrael.

Next week, is also my English birthday.
I get free Israel transportation starting August 29.

I did not sleep last night, so after I share the photos,
I hope to get some shuteye.

Please share the photos. Thank You!

Please continue to pray for and support Israel.

May the wounded have a complete and speedy recovery.
May the hostages be freed now.
May God protect the IDF, the police, the security forces
and all of Am Yisrael.

Have a good day / night!
Jacob
